We have tried and tested a lot of the items in the shop and use them on a regular basis. Each model of Sea kayak has been tried and thoroughly tested in the National Kayak School before we decided to sell them in the shop. You can come and demo any of our Sea Kayaks whenever YOU want !

Our new Inflateable Sea Kayaks have arrived from www.Incept.co.nz in New Zealand. We have been searching for truely easy to transport sea kayaks and these are the ones. The single weighs 17kg & the double 22kg.
We have been out demoing them in quite choppy conditions and they have proved very easy to paddle, very stable and track well. They are the solution for people who want to get out paddling but dont want to lug a full size kayak around or dont have anywhere to store it and yet still want to get out and explore our fantastic coast .
More mundane are the superb VERY STRONG & WATERPROOF LEXAN storage BOXES from GSI. I bought some in Canada years ago and used them to keep my cameras dry & safe and we have now sourced them and they are excellent value in a range of sizes.
We now have a range of clothing from Mountain Hardwear for sale in scotland and their excellent very warm and compact Lamina sleeping bags and they are selling well. Also selling well is the Helios 2 from Gumotex, an inflateable double touring kayak.£449. Keen Warm winter footwear is proving very popular in both womens & mens styles.
