Sea Kayak Oban : Adventures

Sea Kayaking Trips, Courses and Expeditions

We are based in one of the world’s top sea kayaking destinations. The waters around Oban, on the west coast of Scotland, offer everything from idyllic sheltered shores to wild tidal races, so no matter what your level of expertise we can find you the perfect adventure. Scotland’s access laws means it’s perfectly possible to camp on your own desert island, and our wildlife ranges from otters to whales, via sea eagles, seals and basking sharks.
We use only highly qualified, experienced guides and instructors. Each of them brings their own knowledge and expertise, to help make sure you get the most out of your time on the water. In addition to our scheduled courses, expeditions and trips, we offer tailor-made experiences for all abilities. We can also support paddlesport clubs across Scotland, the UK and abroad with skills coaching and qualifications.
All our prices include paddling equipment and clothing, but no lunch or overnight food. Camping equipment is available at no extra charge for expeditions but must be booked in advance.
If you have any questions or you’re not sure what course, expedition or trip is right for you, please email Laura on or call 01631 565 310 during the opening hours listed above.
